Pacific Grown Halibut is the heavyweight slugger of the sportfish division. Averaging 25 pounds, many fish are over 100 pounds, with a few halibut weighing in at well over 300 pounds each season. Most of this fishing will be on anchor, with approximate running time to the fishing grounds between 60 to 120 minutes.
